Amsterdam Day 2

On our second day in Amsterdam we spent most of the day at the Hortus Botanicus. I think I will always be drawn to botanical gardens, no matter where in the world I go. This one was beautiful, it’s one of the oldest in the world, but it’s so well kept, as is everything in Amsterdam it seems, that it didn’t look it! It’s not as big as Kew Gardens, but it was definitely worth visiting, and I loooooved the butterfly house. We also stuffed our faces with loads of amazing food, including a green veggie burger (and by green I mean the entire thing was green, including the bun!) but I was enjoying it too much to take photos, whoops!

  1. I love looking at these photos! They’re so relaxing. I really enjoy how well you used the lighting in all of them. Another interesting thing was a green bun?! Whoa, sounds so cool! Did you take a picture of it? 😊💜
